Workshop prices are per person and include all materials

Wearable Art: Tote Bag Design Workshop
$15* | Daily | 12:30–1:30 pm | Ages 12+ only

 

Unleash your inner artist and turn an ordinary tote bag into a unique, wearable masterpiece with patterns and decorations inspired by Museum objects.

Clay Tile Making 
$15* | Daily | 2:30–3:30 pm | Ages 6+

 

Get hands-on with clay and create your own unique tile in this interactive workshop. Learn about the materials, tools, and techniques, then design your own ceramic tile inspired by the Museum Collections.

The Art and Science of Colour Making and Bookmark Decoration Workshop 
$15* | Daily | 4:30–5:30 pm | Ages 6+

 

Discover the art and science of colour-making and witness the transformation of raw materials into vibrant colours. Visitors will engage in pigment grinding and mixing, transforming them into vibrant colours, which they will use to decorate a keepsake bookmark.

Step into the vibrant world of Islamic arts and get up close with objects and stories through our Live Object Storytelling sessions in the Museum Collections Gallery. Join the Museum's Educators as they bring objects from the Permanent Collection to life. 

 

Bollywood Dance Workout Workshop

Magic Show with the Fun Master

Elvine Assouline dedicated most of his life to empowering and entertaining kids through magic and leadership programs. He has successfully organized hundreds of private events, such as birthday parties and weddings as well as corporate events like holiday celebrations and family days. After relocating to a new continent, Elvine brings a unique French touch with a bit of “je ne sais quoi” to Toronto, making his events extra special.
